The Colliers Dallas Capital Investment Services team of Susan Gwin Burks, John Bowles and Bruce Butler has successfully completed the sale of Preston North Financial, a North Dallas office property consisting of 84,408 SF and Kings Park, a 50,995 SF Plano office on behalf of their client, an investment group based in the Southwest.
Preston North Financial offers premium office space located directly on the sought-after northwestern corner of Preston Road and Frankford Road. Its close proximity to both the Dallas North Tollway and the George Bush Turnpike and the facts that it boasts of both onsite management and banking made the building attractive to a wide array of investors.
Similarly, the client’s Kings Park office property boasts breathtaking views of Plano’s Gleneagles King’s Course greens as well as welcoming tenants and visitors with a lobby boasting of hardwood floors and floor to ceiling glass. The building is also wired for T1 connectivity.
